ORTHODONTICS

This branch of dental medicine deals with disruptions in teeth and jaw morphology, functionality and esthetics. Such disruptions are the cause of dental caries development, oral mucous membrane diseases and paradontopathic conditions. On their part, the latter affect other body tissues, organs and systems and exercise an impact on patient’s psychological health and self-esteem. Any orthodontic treatment is designed to reflect patient’s needs on the basis of individual analysis and procedure plan that may involve dental braces, orthodontic devices or dental brackets.
